This place might be the only place in Fukuoka (well, it's technically Fukuoka although pretty remote) where there is a swimming pool, so being in the water while the weather is ultra hot in late July is very pleasant. There is a small on-site public bath with sauna which can easily be used to shower after leaving the pool. The dining options, although a bit pricey are well worth their price, and are surprisingly not artificially inflated for whatever excuse of remoteness. Rooms are spacious, although the facilities are visibly getting old. All rooms have a view on the bay (not on the open sea unfortunately) which is a good plus. The staff is generally adorable, although a bit struggling with English, but always patient with my broken Japanese.

We chose this location because it has pool & beach view. The view really didn't disappoint! We didn't check before booking but our stay was a week before the pool open for summer, I think it is much nicer with the pool open now. Staff was nice, variety of breakfast options, the hotel was clean and has super huge surrounding area. They provide parking ticket for hotel guest so you don't have to pay Times parking. No doubt I will repeat if I'm coming back to Fukuoka during summer.

Service was excellent, both from the counter service staff, who went out of their way to answer my queries, and the spa staff, who had immaculate services standards. Shoutout to Tanaka-san and Kusumoto-san from the spa, and Yamashita-san from the counter. Facilities and activities were also varied and great.

Views to the bay from the room were amazing (we were in 7th floor), nice public bathroom, spacious rooms, free drinks in mini fridge. Close to train stop, close to Saitozaki, area in beautiful in general. Hotel staff told that there are no bicycles for rent despite it was promoted on screens.

It's located in a remote area by the sea. Great for a couple of days just lazing around in good weather. Staff is helpful. The restaurants food is quite good. The public bath is nice. The room is spacious. Carpark is free.
